I also groaned, because I liked 2-in-1. I was so excited for FF, but I dropped it after 4 or so issues. Not terrible, but not terribly interesting, either.
2 in 1 is one of the best fantastic four books at least this millenia never read pre 2000s ff

It's not part of a central book, but rather it's own thing. For example, Absolute Carnage and the upcoming King in Black are part of Donny Cates' Venom. War of the Realms was part of Jason Aaron's Thor. Secret Empire was the capstone to Nick Spencer's Captain America(s). Infinity Wars finished off Duggan's Guardians of the Galaxy. AXIS was part of Remender's Uncanny Avengers
You get the idea. And those are events with main books, not just crossovers like Infinity or Trial of Jean Grey.

We'll probably hear about the new books at the next Fandome event in a couple of weeks. This one is supposed to be more focused on TV shows and comics. Unless they're just going to focus on Death Metal when its halfway over.
