Ah, found it. Mulan released as a premium title September 4th and for regular subs on December 4th.
So just three months. I have no problem waiting 3 months. Looking forward to it.
Agreed. I'd fold for a Marvel film though just because it'd be hard to avoid the spoilers and all the discussions for future movies
Looks so damn good, will watch this in cinema and if it's worth multiple rewatches will buy it on Premiere Access afterwards.

No LOST or Futurama by the looks, that's disappointing. Rest off the list looks decent though (particularly the movies), hopefully its similar in NZ.

yeah they could sort things before launch but ives since found a tweet with the UK partial list (that has LOST) and also the NZ list that doesn't have it. I do wish they had a good way to keep track of stuff you have already seen. With the working from home I usually use Disney as a sort of office noise, so I watch a lot of stuff, and it is hard to keep track. At the moment I use the list of shows at initial launch, then remove something if I have seen it. But it would be great to have some sort of 'unwatched' list.
Indeed, it will be a mixture of contracts expiring and them potentially wanting a slightly staggered launch.

Will probably be that way for a while, as we wait for the deals with Sky etc. to end. Quite a lot of the shows / movies that are on Star in other countries are on Sky / Now TV here. Seems Disney will just let those deals expire though - for instance, until a few months ago, there was a Sky Movies Disney channel and three Disney childrens channels on Sky. All gone now.
It's got Office Space and Kung Pow so I'm pretty pleased with those two additions, should be good for a rewatch of both.

That's a good list of movies. If they follow the Disney model, those movies will be on there unless they are contracted to another service. I hate when services just removes movies from their service
With the new age of studio-owned streaming services that should be over.
I wonder if they will have the same approach of getting everything up to 4K over time like with the normal D+ library. If yes, oh f'n boy, then Netflix will be dethroned for me literally over night.

I'm personally really hyped about Desperate Housewives. That one was never before available via subscription streaming here. Really exited to do a rerun of that show.
Not to mention we got Muppets adjacent Dinosaurs out today. I really hope between the current offerings and things like Earth to Ned might be a sign for future Jim Henson projects on the service.

I'm glad they won't be bumping the price for existing customers but I'm still not convinced £60 for another year is great value. I'll see what Stars brings.
