I assume the game will have presets from you to choose from like most character creators. Also this game is probably going to have more nudity then most game so you're probably going to see the occasional digital crotch.
Considering the funding a lot of crowdfunded porn games seem to be getting I'd say there's a lot of "pent up" demand. Especially since most NSFW games either have terrible sex scenes and good gameplay or terrible gameplay and good sex scenes.

I was thinking about this earlier for some reason and thought it would be funny if you made your character with abnormally large testicles they couldn't like... run and would walk everywhere awkwardly with some kind of horse-stance thing going on.

Now that is some deep customization. It is taking the customization of that one Conan game and going further.
And shit like this is why I'm still annoyed the game is exclusively in first person. You're going to let me customize my character with significant granularity that I'll only be able to see in cutscenes.
I mean, it's a great option so people can actually tailor the character to be truer to themselves, but to me, it's all wasted effort to be looked into one specific viewpoint.

Having a character creator that let's you decide if you want genitals or not, that doesn't have gender option automatically is important for people. It's not all or nothing
Like the trans option is cool, but I feel like all this will be used for is fetish exploitation... which I suppose is cyberpunk, but even conversations in this thread are making me uncomfortable. I feel like this feature is going to turn out to problematic if the game doesn't communicate its more socially dystopian implications.
I mean it would be business as usual for the cyberpunk genre if even extremely blatant criticism of exploitation goes over peoples' heads.

There's other ways of doing fluid character creators that don't involve fetishing trans people? It all depends on the implementation but got to say that if they are immature enough to add a dong slider then it's not really a good sign that they are handling this well.
