I'm pretty sure they're talking about the fact that you can't just with switch to third person when you want to, there are specific animations like scaling walls and I think some unique kill animations that switch to third person but otherwise you are in first person at all times.

But the first game would force you out of third person in specific situations so I can't say I personally care all that much.
Yeah, I'm a dumdum, realized what they meant the second I clicked post lol.They probably meant the fact that there's no third-person camera optoin anymore, aside from specific animations (dodging, mantling, some powers).
90% of the gameplay will be in first-preson. It's still very much an RPG though.
