Can't say much at the moment, the cap will be lifted soon enough however.Any specific impressions or is it all tied up in an embargo at the moment?
The name is actually taken from a swedish pen and paper roleplaying game, which this game seems to be based off. The original game was released in the eighties under the name Mutant. The latest edition added a subheading, År noll, which translates to Year zero.
All impressions would be from the first two or three hours of the game the preview covered. Embargo for that was up on the 1st.Any specific impressions or is it all tied up in an embargo at the moment?

Is this getting a (PS4) physical release? Can't find it anywhere for preorder.

It's more Fire Emblem like because the characters are all predetermined I believe.
The solution was to cut down the core team. Where Firaxis' XCOM gives players access to an endless stream of fresh recruits, Mutant: Year Zero will only have five characters to play with.
This certainly looks a lot more improved from the E3 demo I previewed.
It will only be available on Xbox through Game Pass. The PC version will be available through Steam.
Correct. Previews quoted the developer as the game only having 5, preset, characters.
Heh, I saw a 'Trollhättan' road sign in one of the videos so I guess it is. :)

Yeah, the game is set in Sweden as well as the development studio making it.
There's a demo up on Steam. It isn't on the store page yet, but you can get it by typing steam://install/982530 into your browser.
Demo won't launch for me lol.I get an error window that links to their site.
Win10, latest Nvidia drivers.
I'm cautiously optimistic but a game like this the first few hours are very likely to be the most impressive.
Download crawls for a couple MB a second before failing on my Windows desktop.
