Yeah but they cancelled another project and most of that was preproduction while working on shadowfall. HZD had only 3 years in production iirc.

Some enhancements yeah, but to take full advantage of PS5 and use ray tracing they'll probably save that for a PS5 version.
Seriously, I want to see more along with HUD elements and what else we will be doing during the game.

TLOU2/GoT are made for PS4, end of story.PS5 here we go.
It does not matter when they get released. Even slightly before or after PS5 is fine, customers will be there to support such games like many times before [PS2 God of War 2, Beyond & GT6 for PS3].
I know it's coming for PS4 but I wanted to play it on PS5 and this seems like perfect situation to do so.
This delay was preeetty obvious, considering we've literally seen nothing of it since the initial reveal. I hope it still releases as a PS4 game with PS5 enhancements
It was only barely above Assassin's Creed tier as far as combat goes, but aesthetically it blows Sekiro away. As far as gameplay goes though, at least from what they had to show, that's a solid "no".

Sekiro is my game of the year but GoT will surely do *something* better than Sekiro.
Possibly better at being a realistic based samurai simulator? I'm very ok with having no monsters or giant sword wielding apes.

I was expecting it to release in the second half of 2020 anyway. Also I'll likely wait to play it on the PS5 too.
You can when you already know you need more time than what was already allocated before you were planning on announcing it. Also, who the fuck knows how complete the game is at this stage anyway? They might only be 20% finished by now for various reasons (such as a complete overhaul).
Very good point. Their track record has proven this. Pretty confident this will be another hit when it comes out.
