I honestly enjoyed Suicide Squad because of how fucking dumb it was, so im all in board for a James Gunn sequel. Kick everyone out aside from Margot Robbie and Will Smith, and actually make things fun instead of wildly inconsistent.
A guardians style matchup for DC.... wonder woman paving new way for DC, Aquaman setting new DC standards, Joker movie trying to be legit main piece title...

The thing about Suicide Squad is that you can create a whole new team and still have it be Suicide Squad. Just keep Viola Davis as Waller, picking a new team of villains.
All we can hope for is that they and other companies don't let the alt-right lead 'em around by the nose in the future.
Just make it based on Gail Simone's amazing original run on the Secret Six and this will be perfect.
