I painted my house recently. It's been this drab green with brown trim since we purchased it 6 years ago. My wife and I have always liked more colorful and brighter homes. We painted it a bright greenish blue and went with a creamy white trim. I'm 90% in love with it but there is a 10% of me that thinks maybe I went to bright or that it looks weird. I'm not sure if that's just me needing to get used to such a drastic change. What are your thoughts? I posted a picture of the front facade with some flowers my wife planted and below are before and after.
I like it and the color is not too vibrant imo. But I agree white shutters would look great just as garage doors doNot my personal favorite but it looks way better than before and certainly is not in any way "bad."
I think white shutters could look good.
I'd assume OP lives in the US?
