But surly it means that "poor" people have more money to spend, thus boosting the economy and meaning more money in your pocket........right?
More money for me is great, but not it if it means more money for the poors (there's actually a study on this, and that's very much how a lot of right wingers think).

Bills and food. I've already had my hours cut, and I would not be surprised if they were dialed back any further.

As someone who freelances and has had every job for the foreseeable future cancelled on me. Uh, pay rent.

if it actually happens, and happens within the next few months, its going into savings (our "moving fund"). we've been planning to move by the end of July 2020, so we've been trying to save up... and then this happened lol. luckily, i have a second job and if they dont let us back to our current workplace i can get another one locally without too much trouble - lots of production, supply chain, janitorial work around the area. But fingers crossed, you know?

I'm going to throw a party with hookers and blackjack. Actually, forget the blackjack.

I'm guessing if you don't currently have a job nor enough income to be filing taxes i guess you won't be eligible for this?

Maybe buy one or two games, then save the rest. I'd like to think my job is safe but who knows in these times.

Definitely gonna buy physical though, in case I ever need to sell them for some extra cash.

I'm gonna drop it in my savings account. Have money in there I"m slowly hoarding up so that I can move out of my grandparents and buy all the shit I want all at once. It'll be used for that, or an emergency if something happens.

my tv (and ps4) died in a freak way a week ago and now im currently using a 27 inch monitor in its place lmao. so, yeah, ive been researching future proof (not cheap) tvs for a bit now and a check will certainly help cover some of the cost.

if multiple payments, its bills or just putting it away.

I'm already on a fixed income and I would be surprised if I qualify.

If I did, it would probably go to more homestead/survival items to help weather this storm. Stuff like Mason jars, shelf stable food, tools I'm missing, etc.

Along with saving the rest and using it on things like gas or surprise bills.

Immediately throwing it into my student debt.

Maybe I can actually get rid of all the accumulated interest finally with the interest freeze. I haven't been able to dig into the principal at all the past year.

I'll either put it into savings or donate it to some kind of local relief program for people who are hit by this thing a lot harder than I will be.

I can't believe I'm the first person to say this, but...

I'm going to buy 1,000 cups of coffee.

For some reason it reminds me of this old gem:

It felt like a bribe back then, it still feels like it now. Too bad Andrew Yang stole that cash relief thunder.

It will go into the bank. I don't think this is getting any better any time soon, so I'm not spending it frivolously.
