I love how the color contrast reflects the SAW of the past vs the SAW of the future

Looks pretty damn interesting honestly. Hope it focuses more on the detective angle like the original saw movies.

Was reading on Wiki and found this out:
As of September 25, 2017, 120,000 pints (57,000 L) of blood had been donated, which has led to over 360,000 lives being saved.

That's really cool, way to go Saw franchise.

Hoffman is definitely dead at some point in this movie, probably from the beginning. Guy in the pic is one of the writers.

I'm getting excited for the thriller stuff while not caring for the horror stuff.

I still think they should go the route of having Cary Elwes' character go against the antagonist of Jigsaw (I'm blanking on names at the moment) as a protege vs. protege standoff of who should get to continue on Jigsaw's legacy. But I'll take any Saw I can get, hook that shit straight to my veins.

This was such a bizarre idea, but I'm all for it. That's a fine looking trailer, and both Rock and SLJ are legends.

Was Jigsaw worth a watch?

I'm cautiously optimistic.

edit: My bet? This is some kind of prequel, and Jackson is the same character as Chris, just several years later. We don't see him until the end when he dies.
