That honestly looks a lot better than everything past one, certainly doesn't seem to just be torture porn.

It doesn't look bad, but I can't really tell much from this trailer. Cool that Jackson is in it tho

I'm freaking the fuck out. I am the biggest Saw fan and this looks downright stunning. I'm over the moon right now.

Wait what.

How'd they get these actors?

Does this take place in the past or present?

Why does this look so good?

I have so many questions.

I watched every single Saw film with my sister years ago. We enjoyed the first two and the rest were just so stupid we couldn't believe how ridiculous they got. Hope to see this in the cinema with her.

Look I just want a truly outrageous and dumb twist man, Saw movies are my great guilty pleasure. Well not really cause I don't feel guilty at all.

I want that old grungy dirty atmosphere back. Jigsaw looked too modern clean Hollywood.

It looked like Saw, but with Chris Rock.

I think it's gonna be difficult for me to take his role seriously considering his comedic history.

I enjoyed Saw movies for a while. I'm a little over it now. Chris Rock might bring me back in though.

Rock is a producer on the project, more than likely he either likes the series, wants to show his range, combo of both, etc.

Yeah, apparently he's a longtime fan. Since Jigsaw wasn't the awesome fresh start Lionsgate hoped for, I bet they jumped at the chance when Rock said he wanted to take a crack at the series.

I missed it, are there any other links?

There's some mirrors on the Saw Reddit.

As for the video, this looks interesting and different enough. I'm one of those weirdos who enjoyed the series more and more basically, 5 to 7 was such an insane ride (despite the obvious flaws) that I'd just love a simple sequel, but a reimagining like this could absolutely work if they pull it off right. One thing I very much liked about the reboot is how they expanded on the scope by having big open area scenes as well and not have 90% of the scenes at night or in dark hallways. This movie seems to expand even more on Saw as a complete media, and I like how they're trying new things with it now. It really shows they want this to become the Halloween reboot or the Get Out of the situation. I'm not sure it will work out for Saw, but I'm certainly excited to be there when it comes out in theatres.

Get it while it's hot. I knew Rock was involved but I didn't catch that Sam Jackson was in this too. I haven't seen a Saw since the second one I think but this looks competently shot at least

That looks far, far better than everything Saw related I've seen... ever?

I'll probably check this out eventually, but if I want some spiral inspired horror I'll be looking for that Uzumaki anime that's currently being made (I hope to god it's better than that other Junji Ito anime)
