Just take your anger to the voting booth and remind your family and friends as well!

Just a bit weird to come out against her specifically rather than the left specifically, sounds more like a direct endorsement then them fearing her policies since there's a candidate who literally goes further on nearly every one of her ideas. Again she's great and would definitely vote for her is she gets the nom over Bernie which you probably guessed was my 1st choice but the whole thing just seems a bit direct.

I see. I'm guessing it has to do with her leaping forward in so many polls.

You mean after polls and articles showing and saying she is gaining on Biden and in some points leading?

Warren understands what Wall Street actually does far better than Bernie does. Her deep knowledge of their business is why they're so afraid of her. She's the perfect person to lead an effort to regulate them.

Eh, I think it's just because Warren has grabbed the headlines as the threat to Biden where Sanders hasnt.

I'm...actually pretty certain I heard this exact warning nearly a year ago already, except it's possible they also threatened to sponsor a third party candidate (like Howard Schulz) to play spoiler. Back then it also involved just Warren.

It's kinda telling that despite Sanders being the socialist, it's Warren they check their closet for before turning down the lights each night. They might fear the scalpel more than the sledgehammer.

I talked to some wealthy folks recently who said if it weren't for Trump, they wouldn't even think about voting for Warren, and if the GOP nominates somebody else they probably won't.

Think of the ultrarich.
If warren wins they might go from having more money than they can ever spend to still having more money than they can ever spend.

Warren comes across as someone who understands the systems well enough she might actually get shit done. She also explains economic concepts -- like why taxing the rich more is fair, based on how much they profit off tax spending, and helps boost the entire economy -- in ways that are very easy to understand, no matter your own background on the topic.

Cool. Because threatening to kill people, even in jest, is really an articulate response to the problems the nation faces.

These articles are always hyperbolic and assume Wall Street is one collective figure. Not all people on Wall Street think this way and honestly, a Warren presidency will make a lot of people on Wall Street a lot of money.

Take for example her plan to break up big tech. Can you imagine how much in fees a group of two three investment banks will collect in fees if Google is forced to spin-off $200bn YouTube? And then that company is going to need financing.

Jesus. Should have gone to TMT investment banking. Her wealth tax will be unsuccessful, her corporate policy plan has way too many holes in it and breaking up the big banks? Yawn. I find it hard to believe senior executives at financial firms are so short-sighted and reactionary as they're portrayed in these articles.

Also, most financial professionals live in NY, CA, IL or TX, LMAO.

It's not fishy. They did it against Warren in the last election, too, when they were afraid she might get the VP nomination. She's repeatedly humiliated several high profile individuals from Wall Street during Senate committee hearings over the years.

Oh yeah, because they were such a help last time. I'm so glad they helped to get President Clinton elected.

It's because Warren is seen as an actual threat. They're not going to fear someone they don't see with the possibility of winning and Warren suddenly has a real shot, even if some people think she's not as "transformative" or whatever as Bernie.

Warren is being extremely intelligent in modifying her language during the campaign to attract moderate voters while keeping her transformative image. Her years of advocating and acting against Wall Street speaks for themselves and Wall Street knows it. She hasn't moderate her main message of going against corruption and Wall Street power.

Bernie doesn't seem to be doing anything to grow his campaign and his supporters are now going nuts with conspiracy theories against Warren because they think that her attracting a broader coalition is some sort of treason to her ideals. But it's precisely that that makes her more dangerous to the status quo, in their eyes.
