Stuck with my laptop with a 1060 for a while until I can afford/find the parts in the next couple years to build a desktop.

Shit ton of people waited on the 2XXX cards figuring the 3XXX cards would actually be a better buy/jump.

Then nobody could find them so you have a fuck ton of people stuck on a 1080/70/60.

My 1070 is hit or miss these days, but well-optimized games like RE8 can still look and run great at 1440p. Was in the hunt for a 3000 series for a while but I'm content to wait at this point.

1080ti here. I recently upgraded my rig except for the gpu for obvious reasons.
Got a 5600x now with 32gb ram coming from a 6600k with 16gb of ram.
Playing on 1440p.

I bought a 1660ti in spring of 2019.
The crazy thing is, if I wanted to sell it right now, I would easily get about 130% of the price I originally paid for it.

Yeah, I had a 1070, but the new monitor I bought (3440x1440 ultrawide), plus being a huge mod user for TES and Fallout games, plus being hyped for Cyberpunk (RIP) convinced me to upgrade to a 3080.

What's really insane, is even though I gave it away to my brother's family for free, I noticed the GPU market is so fucked that I could have sold it second hand for more than the price I originally bought it at brand new all those years ago. Crazy times.

Amazing GPU series though, so I'm not surprised to see so many people not upgrading yet. For most users there really isn't a need to replace them just yet.

I'm currently on a 1080ti, 2700X, 16gb 3200hz ram, 500gb SSD, 1080p 120hz monitor.

Hoping to move to 5800X, 32gb 3600hz ram, 1tb Gen 4 m.2, 1440p ultra wide towards end of year.

Stuck with 1080ti until I get lucky with 3080 or will just not upgrade at all until 4080 etc

Still rocking a 1060, not even a 6GB but a 3GB one. Also still rocking an i5-2500k lol. Believe it or not I can still play some things at UHD resolution, and more at 1440p.

Still on my 1060 since all the way back in 2016. 2XXX series seemed pretty poor value for money and I normally wait two egenrations to upgrade anyway. Still does the job on most games I want to play, but I've been itching for an upgrade for a couple of years now. Obviously not buying anything with the current state of the market. :(

Have a GTX1080 and it runs pretty much everything well. Only reason to upgrade would be raytracing but I think I can hold out til the 4000 series for that.

1080 here. The most demanding game I play is probably Overwatch at 1440p, so I'm fine. I'm really trying to wait for that next level game before upgrading, and I don't see anything on the horizon.

1080 gang rise up. Still does pretty much everything at 1440p, some high end games struggle on higher settings but until 3080s are reliably available I'll be fine.

1060ti over here. I am long overdue for a new PC upgrade thoughā€¦ But I'll likely wait even longer until things are more readily available.

I'm cool with my card at the moment anyways, I mostly play console games and the pc games I do play are things like JRPGs and indie games which usually aren't too taxing on GPU or cpu.

1070 Ti and still don't feel like I have any reason to upgrade (which is good, since upgrading sounds pretty difficult right now).

Still rocking a 1080 Ti/7700K combo. Honestly it works really well still so even if I had the money to upgrade it I'm not sure I'd really be bothered to do so.

1070 reporting in. I was going to upgrade to a 3070, but, given the scarcity, I'm probably going to wait for the 4000-series. I've actually been playing way more on Switch this year, namely Monster Hunter Rise and Xenoblade Chronicles (just finished the main story and doing the expansion: excellent) with Xenoblade Chronicles 2 lined up.

I still have a pascal card. I gave up on getting a 3000 series card and am just going to wait for a 4000 series card.

1080, still fine and can drive my 4K VR headset that's all that matters.

Might get the 4080 though.

970 for me. I fell off PC gaming though so it's rarely used and I don't plan to upgrade or get a new gaming PC.

This is me. I am tempted to upgrade but I know I wouldn't use it enough to justify it. I will consider it again when you can get a 3070 in a laptop for less than 800. I don't think I have room for a full desktop in my life anymore.

I have a 1070 in a HTPC going to the living room, which is still a 1080p plasma. Runs everything I've tried at 1080p quite well.

I'm still rocking a 980Ti. Started thinking of a new build last year but parts were already scarce and things have only gotten worse. I've came close to pulling the trigger on a prebuilt a few times but it just seems like such a poor value proposition. Can still run most games fine at 1440p and will just stick to consoles to play more demanding games for now I guess. I have a PS5 and now I'm seriously considering a Series X as well to hold me over. Not going to bother trying to run BF on my current rig.

My main pc currently has a 10600k (a rebadged 8700k) and a 1080ti.

My parents' pc has my old 2700k and a 1060 That'll work for them until Windows 12 :P

I have a 5900x and 1070. Built a new computer earlier this year. Just waiting on stock of 3080s to normalize.

1070 workhorse is still going strong. I generally have no problem with playing anything at 1080p, though a better setup would be nice for No Man's Sky in VR.

Still going okay on an i5-4690 w/1070. The 1070 was a huge upgrade for me at the time when it launched and honestly I don't feel any immediate need to replace it. Would love to get another solid year from it if I can.
