This is me also. I played Doom via VPN unlock until Animal Crossing came out. I am enjoying Doom A LOT. And yet for reasons unknown I have not gone back yet.

I don't typically play Doom and 2016 is still sitting in my backlog. As for AC, I played the original and WW a bunch but never felt like revisiting the series since. I admit I am curious about NH tho.

Only Doom Eternal. Best FPS campaign of the generation by a long shot. It blows Doom 2016 out of the water, and the other excellent campaigns of this gen like Titanfall 2, Infinite Warfare, etc. have too many weak spots in the middle of the excellence to keep up with this masterpiece. No interest in Animal Crossing, these time-waster games where you can spend thousands of hours just decorating your house or fixing your garden just don't interest me.
