ten seconds in and it's already doing that thing I hate where the trailer cuts several lines of dialogue into one terribly edited sentence
"I always seem to find myself questioning something the government may not be looking at."
That doesn't even really make sense as a sentence
You guys have been watching too many Disney movies.
This looks fucking awesome.
Oh how nostalgic! I haven't been randomly insulted by a stranger because 'I like thing' for years now, glad to see that's still a thing. Some people have a less discerning eye than others and that's ok, but you're one of those people.
I'm genuinely glad you're looking forward to it. Enjoy.
I'm good.
it's really bad, and it's pretty obvious the other times they do it in the trailer tooOh my god, thank you. I was going to complain about that but thought it might come off as nitpicking.
That was one of the most obvious cases of a trailer editing different lines together that I have ever heard. No exaggeration, I don't think that has ever stood out to me as much as it did her. And the sentence doesn't make sense.
Black goo vs. Dark grey goo at night is a bad visual idea is all I'm saying.Oh how nostalgic! I haven't been randomly insulted by a stranger because 'I like thing' for years now, glad to see that's still a thing.

From an artistic perspective, I get why they made his face resemble Spiderman's, but is there an in-universe reason why they look similar? (mainly the eyes, I guess)
I can agree, the heroes/villains are just different from the Marvel stuff which are often so human like.I'm sorry to hear that. You guys have been hating on this since it was announced.
I'm a 90's kid that lived on shit like Venom and Spawn, and very much look forward to this.
I believe it could be because the first person he fused with was Spiderman back in the day. From an artistic perspective, I get why they made his face resemble Spiderman's, but is there an in-universe reason why they look similar? (mainly the eyes, I guess)
Era is bad at predicting things so this Venom movie will probably do well.
How do we know that's not Carnage? Those axe blades are his thing.
At a con or something? It's news to me.
"A turd in the wind"Looks dumb as fuck. Looking forward to it.
Also lol at that attempt at humor at the end.
