If this keeps happening the problem might be the population of the country and its ideals / priorities, not voting.
No, but same story as 2016. The turnout patterns that cost parts of Florida are likely to show up in other states. Hillary didn't need Florida, but knowing rural whites turned out in florida means they turned out elsewhere, too.
