This man and his map on CNN is super stoked and has been rambling and clicking his map for the past 20 min, repeating the same point over and over.

What in the fuck is happening? How did the Democrats chance of winning the House drop from 93% to 40% in the span of 10 minutes?
I don't know why anyone thought this wouldn't happen after 2016. America isn't a democratic state, it's a republican state. All those passive republicans have been energized and motivated.
