That's a great catch, but I don't trust the Flash runners to watch a great show like Legends.
Seriously. She is super impulsive. Add speed powers to that and she's highly likely to get herself killed. The hero worship is there regardless if she was chipped or not.
If Nora has only her powers for like 6 months; this should be like Reverse Flash owning Barry. Barry should be able to stop her in relatively easily even without hurting her.
