It's the best Tales game with all the added content. I played it two months ago and it landed on my favourite RPGs list pretty quickly.

The marketing plan seems pretty similar to the Symphonia remaster's in that it's being sold as a 10th Anniversary release in Japan (tov10th.tales-ch.jp) and just as a remaster with the Japan-only content in the West, so I'm guessing it'll be 2018 in Japan and squeeze into early 2019 everywhere else.

Japan may or may not be getting Xbox and PC versions too, so that may also help push its release ahead a little.

Vesperia is probably the best Tales game. It's also just great in general. Best Tales main character and probably one who could fit into a top 10 JRPG main character list as well.

IIRC Lowenthal confirmed they did the recordings back then for the ps3 edition, they just never released it apparently

The VAs recorded the lines for the PS3 content years ago, according to Troy Baker. He even brought up Patty in particular.
