The Universal Studios Japan app was hacked and revealed DK artwork. What hints? I know of the big DK themed area there, but was there anything that was hinting at something?

The model will leak if they do that.I dont think they will announce Pro until september and it will release end of that month with really small amounts. They have a lot of games to promote in meantime unlike other PS5/XSX switch has a lot of exclusives going on this year

unlikely as they'll need time to do marketing which entails a video presentation, previews, interviews, probably getting the unit to influencers beforehand etc.I dont think they will announce Pro until september and it will release end of that month with really small amounts. How is Intergrade compared to the main game? Background: I liked the characters a lot, and some of the world and all that, but I was really put off by the padding and slowness of moving around, plus the end of the story. I also was so-so on the combat, but I've heard Yuffie plays a little differrently and is really good?Been a while since I've popped in here, how are we doing??
I finished FF7 Remake and it was great!! Intermission has made me really excited for Part 2, whenever it comes out x)
apart from that I'm now playing R&C Rift Apart ans just counting down the days until Great Ace Attorney… ^_^

I want to give FF7R a go, too, but either on PC or a PS5 -- for the sweet 60 fps! Too bad I can't get a PS5 nor a PC port right now... ;(
I may have to give it a shot at some point, I'm definitely interested in part 2 since that's more the part of FF7 I like anyway. And I think a lot of my issues with the slowness of Remake were due to playing it on a base PS4 at the time: How slow the loadtimes are, how often you walk slowly and move through small gaps to hide load times, etc., that kind of thing. That, and I found combat to be too slow as well, at least mostly for bosses. I think just giving it another shot on PS5, plus Yuffie, might make me like it more. The new content is definitely quicker paced than the main game (never had a problem with the downtime in the main game but I can see why you would aha), and the combat is slightly refined as well because of Yuffie. Her move set is really fast and I sometime forgot about the ATB moves when playing her, and that's coming from someone who fell back on them a lot in my playthrough x)
I feel like there might not be quite enough to change minds too much (it's only two chapters), but there's definitely signs of evolution in there
oh and Yuffie herself is amazing
They had longer periods without first party games in the last 2 years, so i dont think that they see this as a problem.Nintendo after SSHD releases won't have anything until September.
August is almost empty.
Yeah, N64 and GBA would bring me to pay for nintendo online. as it stands, no reason to do so.It's crazy that Nintendo treats the NES/SNES one way and the other systems they're completely ignoring.
NES/SNES Classic. NES/SNES online.
Nothing for N64. Baffling.
Even adding GBA would be better than the nothing they're doing. But N64 is such a huge hole right now.Yeah, N64 and GBA would bring me to pay for nintendo online. as it stands, no reason to do so.
I stop caring about hearing news once they announced the release date that's so close. I'm just looking forward to playing it lol

It's not... that baffling when you considerIt's crazy that Nintendo treats the NES/SNES one way and the other systems they're completely ignoring.

To be honest, i like the GBA library more than the N64 for replaying i think.Even adding GBA would be better than the nothing they're doing. But N64 is such a huge hole right now.
I find it funny how some people think Legend of Arceus will be showcased for the Switch Pro when Game Freak isn't a developer pushing visuals like that.
Who knows I may be proven wrong and Arceus ends up looking great, but knowing their track record I'm holding my breath.
It's not... that baffling when you consider
- NES/SNES are 2D and N64 is 3D
- Button mapping is different
- Switch architecture is vastly different from existing platforms where N64 games already exist
- They ARE going to bring N64 games to the Switch platform, they just intend on drip feeding it
Either way - something new added would be nice.To be honest, i like the GBA library more than the N64 for replaying i think.
N64, going by what they would get (you see, many publishers rather resell their games by themselves...)
The 2 Zeldas (overall Better versions on 3DS)
Mario 64 (replayed it recently...)
Paper Mario
Wave Race (want to try it, dont think i will play it a lot)
Mario Tennis/Golf---the same
Donkey Kong 64 (actually this would be fun)
Blast Corpse
Star Fox (3Ds...)
F-Zero (this one would actually be cool to play)
Mario Kart 64
Maybe smash, kirby, pokemon stadium...yeah, looking through the list the games i would like to play or try areunrealistic (because third party), adn the nintendo games i have or replayed already on the 3ds.
GBA...if they get konami and square there would actually be more games i would replay.
Heck, the Fire emblem games alone would be worth it. The Kirby games, old wario ware,
problem is really that the GBA has a lot ofgreat games...that are from konami or square or the pokemon company...
Shure. Even gameboy would be interesting. Again, not substantial (most of its heavy hitters got remakes...(pokemon, links awakening, metroid, tetris, kirbys dramland...) only the oracle games would really be interesting.

With how the game seemed to strugle with the standard switch the pro would be a great way to have good looking trailers without a imediate backlash because GF is strugling...
tech entusiasts that where not happy with Sw/Sh could playit on the pro, and many others will be happy with a bad running game on the base =D
I thought it more for Performance. Not visual that people speculated Arceus for Switch ProI find it funny how some people think Legend of Arceus will be showcased for the Switch Pro when Game Freak isn't a developer pushing visuals like that.

Small staff? I dont think less people worked on the games then on things like BotW. I think even more...I think when it comes to Game Freak I just don't think more power is the solution. It's not gonna make their game somehow start looking visually better, maybe a little but not that much imo. The small staff and short development period are reasons why their games don't look as good as it could be.
It's more a case of showing the game under the best light possible which would be using footage running on the revision.I find it funny how some people think Legend of Arceus will be showcased for the Switch Pro when Game Freak isn't a developer pushing visuals like that.

The architecture of the Switch is different from the Wii U. Believe it or not, programming is not just "copy and pasting".The switch can play 3D games. I've seen them
the buttons are the same as the Wii U which had it. The buttons on the Wii were even worse for this (needing you to buy another controller) and it was there.
There is no indication they will bring N64 drip fed or otherwise.

Yeah, what? That's a bizarre take, considering that Nintendo's calendar is ALWAYS full for the rest of the year by the time they get to a September Direct. That's a given. The September Direct is mostly to focus on reminders/updates for games coming out the rest of the year, and more importantly, show off games for the first quarter/half of the following year"Nintendo doesn't need another Direct this year because the calendar is full"... They have to outline their calendar until the end of the fiscal year and begin to market their releases until March. Partner Showcases and Twitter drops for major first-party games are dead.
Some really bad takes in this video. "Nintendo doesn't have a big title like 3D Mario or 3D Zelda for this holiday". The DP remakes might not be "big" for some people, but the thing is, Pokémon games sell like hot cakes so yeah, it's a big deal. 3D Marios and Zeldas don't happen every year, either. "Nintendo is not going to focus too much on Metroid Dread due to past Metroid franchise sales"... They have been posting series of tweets about the game every week. It's all emulation. Surely an emulator can work on the Switch. The architecture of the Switch is different from the Wii U. Believe it or not, programming is not just "copy and pasting".
Also, yes, there has been direct indication of that.
It's getting good WOM so far, and it seems to be in a pretty good release slot - It's VERY different from either Mario Party or Pokemon remakes, so a lot of the more hardcore fans might pick it up even if they normally wouldn't just because there's not a lot else coming out. Now, better than P5? I have doubts, but I wouldn't mind it! I've never played any of the SMT spinoffs (unless you count Strange Journey) and an SMT tactics games sounds like a blast on SwitchIn my alternative reality, Nintendo pushes SMTV really hard during November and it sells beyond expectations.
It somehow sells better than Persona and Atlus starts going ham on SMT spinoff games.
It's gonna sell really well but it ain't touching Persona. Unless there's some heavy Persona related stuff going on outside what we've seen…. LolIn my alternative reality, Nintendo pushes SMTV really hard during November and it sells beyond expectations.

I'm worried Pokemon will overshadow it, I know they're remakes but releasing a monster catching RPG a week before a Pokemon game is never a good ideaIn my alternative reality, Nintendo pushes SMTV really hard during November and it sells beyond expectations.
