I think its nothing too, but the fact the image has some quote that they had used before on their website doesnt really mean its nothing.

I'm totally up for whatever R* will come up with, but I really hoped the rumors about a medieval game in the vein of RDR were true.

Not to mention Rockstar has ridiculous development time so I wouldn't be surprised if they were referencing a project that's been in development since 2014. Could also just be a motto of theirs I guess lol

Android is very similar to one created by a guy that I can't remember his name.

Was featured on an Aerosmith cover and Heavy Metal amongst other things. It's a famous character.

Other than that, no clue. The graphic design of the first image definitely isn't from the same time period, so I'd say they aren't related, which means they're probably just random images

I mean, it looks red, white-ish, and blue and the text definitely reminds me of the current administration. Given what we know of their love of satire, I wonder if it's something new that tries to capture the zeitgeist of modern America, but oddly based in the future so that it is less directly controversial?

I dunno. Just spit-ballin' here.
