Going off prior TGAs, this "new and unexpected" thing probably won't even see the light of day again until 2028, so no point in getting excited over it.

I need to work so I'm not going to watch this because TGA are at 2 am (or so) here. I don't know what to expect but shinobi already said in the Xbox OT that this show would be good.

That would put TGA on E3's level. I think we need to remember what kind of show this is. There'll be plenty of reveals, with GTA VI maybe even being one of them, but we can't expect Nintendo to reveal new hardware on anything but their own schedule at this point. They'll want Christmas to go as well for the Switch as possible, so there's no way we're seeing their next system until next year.
Something new and unexpected? A well paced videogame award show? An award show that focuses on awards and not commercials? Nah... wont be that.
