Bend were really passionate in creating and supporting Days Gone. They have pretty much added every QoL stuff people asked them for like gyro support and other things so I am very positve they made it run better on PS5.

Black Ops 3 is the best zombies game in the series. It is the most valuable current Gen COD game. This version contains 9 zombies maps.
So this was unexpected. If Sony wants to turn this into their version of Gamepass, this isn't a bad way to start at all. At first I thought the PS Collection was just going to have the games they announced and that would be it, but if they keep adding to it over time... that changes things.
I think this was just a last minute addition. I don't see any indication here that they'll continue to add stuff over time. Would be nice, though.

That PS Plus collection just made choosing the DE a lot easier for me. I was flip flopping bc I own many of those games on disc. Particularly, God of War and FFXV. A sale for FFXII would seal the deal.
Of course the biggest benefits go to people who never owned a PS4, but only 8 of these games have been on PS+, and atm not even 50% of PS4 owners have PS+, as it has around 46mil subscribers.
I've been subbing to plus for almost the duration of this whole gen, and that results in this collection still having 7 games I've never touched and several more I had as physical releases and can now sell. All this with no extra cost, so definitely still feels like a good deal to me.

Persona 5 Royal isn't even a year old yet so I'm not surprised that it's just the vanilla edition.

I'm down for Bloodborne, Crash and Persona. Missed them this gen so glad they are there. I'll add them all to my library - what a steal.
Oh I didnt know the Pro version had a performance mode. Fingers crossed its a solid 60 on PS5 then!
as an aside, I know the Xbox One X version of FF XII The Zodiac Age was 60FPS but it was 30 on PS4. I wonder if we'll ever get that 60fps version on PS5...

Ps Now have larger list of titles, but many of it's big titles are temporary. PS+ have smaller list of titles, but it will always stay in your library as long as you subs.
I have subs since day 1 and I just find that across all playstation platform, I have like 650 playstation games from ps+
I guess it's similar, but for something like FFXV, I'm glad to have much more time to play it rather than whatever time it'd be on gamepass.

Isn't it 1080/60 on One X and 1440/30 on Pro? Kinda weird they both have their advantages, would be nice if they updated both for next gen.
Yeah, Zodiac Age would be easily run at 4K/60 on PS5. Hope it's patched.

Is this a "limited time" thing? Let's say I'm able to pick up a ps5 in February, will I still be able to get these games or is it only for the first month during launch of the ps5?
I doubt Persona 5 Royal will be added since its an entirely different SKU unlike FFXV Royal which is just an "ultimate" edition.
