Thanks for the clarification. I'm too bad at math to understand that the odds are stacked against sanders. Here I was thinking he was a shoe in!
This may unironically benefit Sanders. Biden voters won't risk going out.
lol, fuckapparently the appeals court doesn't open until 8:30 am tomorrow... after the polls open

Ah delicious, a taste of November early.
We are so very very fucked. Throw in Russian misinformation and Trump crooning to his base to ignore the hoax and come vote and you've got the perfect recipe for the lowest voter turnout in years.
Considering all the older men and women I saw today in grocery stores.. about 0%.So what are the chances older voters are too scared to turn out, and younger voters carry Sanders to victory in Ohio?
By plaing the "gray" area of the ruling that the Health Director wasn't involved. Doubt the judge will go along with this though or sets up the precedent "well you said I couldn't by the empowered dog catcher could still do it!"
I am sure their lawyers looked for a path through the powers granted by a Health Emergency Declaration.
This is stupid as hell and going to really piss people off.The election is still happening. But the polling places are all closed by the health director so you physically can't go cast your vote. Some legal experts are saying that unless a judge acts, that means that when the polls close tomorrow night, the only votes that will count for Ohio's Primary will be the mail in ballots.
The feedback I'm seeing (I live in Ohio) is quite the opposite, actually
Not from what I seeing but whatever I dont like at all since they can pull this crap in other again in November. The feedback I'm seeing (I live in Ohio) is quite the opposite, actually

This is kind of where I'm at right now. But I guess FL is still on? Maybe that will seal the deal. Why drag out a primary that is already over for months, risking everyone's health in the process.
We also had early voting, so I'd assume that would count too. I early voted last week in anticipation of the worst.
I would take this deal in a heartbeat. Until then tho, stay in Bernie.Biden should agree to adopt M4A in exchange for Bernie dropping out. It would be the ultimate show of unity and Biden would only be that much stronger in the GE.
