Turn down your thermostat for god sake lower temp also equals better sleep
Being in the room when 3 or more of them forget you're there and decide to get super honest about their habits. How the hell do you notice women only shower at night? Are you trying to tell us something?
Sigh ...
That's why you do both!I'm in the "shower at night" group. If I'm showering at midnight and then up at 630, I don't need another shower. The opposite it worst. Going all day accumulating dirt and odors, sleeping in it, and then showering in the morning. goddamn that's gross to me.
Yeah, and honestly, some dudes here cannot pull it off, especially in summer. Some people should just shower in the morning.

Nope that's not a thing everyone does .it has nothing to do with the thermostat
you sweat in your sleep, everyone does.
I've never really understood the "shower at night" thing. Like, I'm going to be sleeping for the next 8 hours. Who cares what I smell like while in bed. I wake up and shower before real people see me. Also, if I shower at night when I wake up my hair is all crazy and have to dunk my head in water anyway.
It depends on other factors I guess. For me, my hair won't dry for like an hour or two after it gets soaked (unless I blow dry it for like 15 minutes, which just frizzes it out like crazy), so I've always been a night-showerer so that my hair gets to dry as I watch a show or something before bed. A light water treatment in the morning lets me shape it, and I'm good to go on that front.
I'd have to wake up like 45 minutes earlier to shower in the morning, or go to work with wet hair (which I hate).
