Proper shower at night. Morning rinse to clean off the little nightly dirt and sweat and to wake up.
I take a shower at the gym after I workout. Cause I'm going to work after. We wash our sheets every week, but I'm not super worried about sleeping in something sweaty. If it smells, I'll change the sheets. Otherwise.... its just sweat. In my bed.So you'd be perfectly fine going to workout and hopping straight into bed like it's nothing?
yikes
While I can understand showering twice a day if you have a particularly dirty job or other kind of day activity that requires an extra shower. But it seems like a huge waste of water to shower both in the morning and at night. This guy gets it.
Can't go to bed without it, can't go to work without it.
Throw in brush teeth and its me.Yes.
I take a shower every night, put on deodorant, a nightshirt, and underwear before going to bed. Wake up, brush hair, get in real clothes and go.

As Fresh Water Grows Scarcer, Era members argue that they must take a shower at night before bed AND in the morning.
These people get it. Americans, in particular it seems, shower too frequently. (I say that as an American.) Throws your whole skin and hair biome out of whack, and is terrible for the environment, besides. If you're doing two showers, the morning one should probably be quick and soapless. This will prevent you from throwing your skin and hair into oily messes.
What the hell do you people do in your sleep to wake up sweaty and oily each morning
This, I don't get people who don't shower at night after being out all day then jumping in your bed. It's nasty af🤢I always shower after work / gym. Never shower in the morning. Why sleep on your bed when you've been working and working out for the better part of the day?
What are you doing in the shower for so long? How long is your hair?
Sure, why not?
Pee while you're brushing your teeth. Save time there!
It's impossible for me to control my hair without a shower and a blowdry, so I pretty much have to shower every morning if I want to look like a semi-respectable human being.
I feel the same way. Shower er'ry day.i shower every morning. i just feel absolute disgusting when i wake up.
