Dang, Might as well update the thread title that Konami themselves DMCA Dusk's twitter account.

I guess that cements that there is a Silent Hill project from a Japanese dev in the works.

This one I'll answer, Sony's still involved.

Is Sony actually involved on development side or is it just marketing rights?

Totally understand if you can't say.

It should be updated, but we don't know who did the DMCA

Wait, so where is it said that Konami was the one who did the DMCA? It's a safe assumption, but that really shouldn't be in the title unless that has been confirmed

Edit: I see it has been above. All good

If it is Sony is involved in development, they could have handed them one of their own engines instead and probably graphically would not have sucked. So I really don't think at that point they were involved in the development. Maybe now.

Concept art from the cancelled Silent Hill sequel that Masahiro Ito was working on in 2013. Pyramid Head was going to get slaughtered by Valtiel in the opening scene.

I wonder if Pyramid Head will get killed off in this game.

Kingdom of Corona
Can we take a moment and admit that maybe Katha was right in some parts.
She was the one that first talked about a SH game from Ito and Sony.

That DMCA says it all. I had a feeling we were getting a new SH soon enough especially after what Guillermo Del Toro said at the Game Awards last year

I see Robby instead of Bloober though

Also while some of the pics aren't subtle and don't look good, just a reminder that these are concept arts that weren't supposed to leak to the public so some of these artworks could be presumably made to higher ups who wouldn't get it if they were being subtle about the themes.

The hallway with the post-its and that desolate room look great though.

That doesn't look like "Bloober" to me at all. Plus this art is from 2020, a year before their partnership with Konami, while they were in the middle of making The Medium.

I was just joking around, haha, but yeah I agree, it looks way more like an R than a B.

Images removed and Twitter account locked should be enough proof to convince the doubters. It's happening. Hasan delivered
