Lakeith Stanfield is one of my favorite actors right now and I'm glad to see him doing some dope shit like this. I'm in.
Sorry to bother you was such a good fucking movie that I just want Lakeith in everything lol.
i either want it to avoid the plot of the second movie entirely, or touch on it
The things I would do for a Netflix-funded Berserk anime. Please let it happen.
"written by Dai Sato (Cowboy Bebop, Samurai Champloo)"
YOOOOOOOOOO.
The series comes from the animation studio, Anima and will be written by Dai Sato (Cowboy Bebop, Samurai Champloo) and Tsukasa Kondo.
altered carbon?
you fucking bozos
blade runner is ripe for the picking

purely to retcon mako's garbage death out of canon
if it actually references the second movie in a straightforward, 'yup that happened' sorta way, my interest in watching it'll plummet through the floor
Those are some properties that do not need anime extensions.
I am not one for Altered Carbon, and after watching Uprising jettison the most interesting parts of the original, I do not want any more Pacific Rim. I wish the studio had left the wonderfully good first movie at that.
pacific rim 1 is one of my favourite movies
pacific rim 2 can fuck off
this series could be cool, idk. the concept isn't exactly selling me by itself...
at least they're all out of beloved characters to kill off for shitty reasons already
But was it worth sacrificing anime song openings and endings to fit the binge model?
