Kabal was stupidly high tier at some point had a 7-3 matchup (out of 10 matches he will win 7) against so many characters in MK9, not really anyone specific

Must be footage from the Kombat Kast stream where they did the reveal, in which it was out of sync. Real trailer ought to release it in a proper state.

Looking at that reveal it seems he has a lot of options for all kinds of spacing.
