Since you bumped this, anyone know if there's a way to reset the clock on a real cart without resetting the save? I somehow got AM and PM mixed up when inputting the time.

You can't, by design. The manual has this question and the answer is "only by resetting the internal memory." They don't want people messing with the clock to manipulate the game events, I guess.
