This is enabled by default and I just called 911 trying to turn off my phone. Fun times.
I almost made a call too. 911 must be getting a ton of accidentals. Wonder how they're liking that.

So I know another user in here had the same issue with the RavPower quick wireless charger. On amazon the charger indicates that it will flash a certain color when fast wireless charging versus normal charging. I emailed them or posted a review (i cant even remember) quite awhile ago. I just got an email from them offering me a full refund and a free power bank. They indicated the iPhone unlike the Samsung phones doesn't send a signal to alert the charger of what method of charging it is using, hence it doesn't change the light, but it indeed is quick wireless charging. Pretty good customer service though. I declined the refund as I am still using the product and I don't feel they owe me anything, and accepting the power bank :D
I bought a case that works with or without a screen protector. I prefer without.I really wish I could use my X without a case....& i wanna take off this damn screen protector too.
So I have this really dumb question. If Face ID is not working (due to my position, clothing or whatever else) how can I read my lockscreen notifications? If I unlock the screen with passcode by swiping to go home I'll go to the home screen... which I both don't want to, and it will automatically clear some notifications as far as I'm aware.
Also, groovy little bug:
I turned off true tone. Yeah, it makes everything look too yellow. I'll live without.
Just once? It's so easy to mistakenly do. Also, where have you been, bro
Swipe up from the bottom and hold in the middle of the screen for a second. Then press on the apps tabs for a second and a minus icon will appear. Lastly swipe up the app you want to close or tap the minus icon.Loving it so far, sorry 5s... how do you close apps so they aren't in background? It seems like when you go home it doesn't close? Same with swiping up on apps like old way?
Got a tiny scratch on my X that's only noticeable in the perfect light and angle, but it makes me wonder if I should get a screen protector. I have Apple Care.
Stainless steel borders are near perfect holding up well taking a case on and off.
Am I crazy or did gmail update for the X but not put it in the patch notes? It was not set up for X until recently, right? Maybe I am thinking of a different google app.
Finally. Not sure why they fought it.
1. Download workflow from the AppStoreIs there a good app that will allow me to upload images and share their .jpeg URLs on forums?
1. Download workflow from the AppStore
2. Get this https://workflow.is/workflows/82e7ea9b4fba4ee1811de4d4fd467094
3. Use sharesheet to upload to Imgur and get a ready to post IMG Block for ResetEra or any other bbcode forum in your clipboard
You can just remove the tags in the workflow if you just want the links alone
So the app is exactly the same, except an extra mm of color at the ends, hehe.
Are you using a screen protector? So I have an issue with my screen that started during the weekend. I have a dead zone that is basically a vertical line from top to bottom which doesn't respond to touch. Has anyone had this problem or heard of it before? I made an appointment to see a tech this weekend but wanted to ask ERA.
Any other good workflows? I just got the app this week.1. Download workflow from the AppStore

Hate to just say the names of them as I don't have my phone nearby right now but I have two that I use a ton.Workflow looks sweet. Just grabbed it. Hopefully there are some other 'must have' workflows.
I caved and got one of these. Looking for a case that doesn't suck ass. I never really used cases before but then again I've broken the screen on every iPhone I've ever had.
Fire Emblem Heroes got updated with X support finally...but all they did was add big ugly borders to the top and bottom :(
While I'm at it, I downloaded the Crunchyroll app andtheir X support is pretty terrible too. The home bar doesn't fade when a video is playing and also blocks the seek bar. What trash.
It is completely under their control, there's an API for hiding it.Yeah I don't think that's on Crunchyroll. They use a custom player (I assume because of their sub needs) and the home bar is not under their control.

What did you install?Damn, I never realized how much ads slow down loading and performance until I installed a content blocker. Safari's pretty much flying now.
I expect battery life to improve too. 90% of my time is spent browsing Safari.

The new splash screen for FE Heroes got me excited for a split second before I realised the rest of the game ran with those borders. And Pocket Camp & Mario Run are so well optimised…

Okay thank you, I'll give it a try.I got Adguard Pro. From what I've read most of these content blockers use the same api and function similarly. Just pick the one you like best (not that you're gonna spend a lot of time in the app itself :P)
Jealous. I got a iPhone X today and it's on 11.2 :(Just started up my new iPhone X (Space Gray, 265 GB) and immediately checked the iOS version.
iOS 11.1.2.
Perfect. :D
I would have returned it for sure if it had come with iOS 11.2 as I have always used jailbroken iPhones.
Guess it's time to make the jump from my old iPhone 6. :)
