I have been drinking only water for close to 10 years now, but I have started to drink sports beverages during actual highly demanding activities I do one a week or so. Am I safe, ERA!? :(

This. That said, there ARE low calorie fruit juices out there (like actual cranberry juice and some lemonades, not the sweetened or 'cocktail' varieties which add in other juices to add sugar).Yea, probably. Juices are completely trash as well
But people aren't downing 2L bottle of OJ every other day.
