Guys! Has there been any content showing Jin wearing a traditional ninja hood? I want to treat this as an open world Tenchu
It's been a while since yesterday, but I was talking about the 2020 YTD list that's available in some countries. The game is effectively among the most popular/best-selling right now.I see it on 13 overall(games, acessories) and number 3 in ps4(games, acessories).
I agreeIf the Witcher 3, RDR2 and GTA5 can get away than less than perfect combat, then GOT should do to, if the other elements are AAA standard.
If it has amazing story and characters, sure --- and those games developer has a precedent of their games having a great story. Sucker Punch last game with a great story was the first Infamous. If the Witcher 3, RDR2 and GTA5 can get away than less than perfect combat, then GOT should do to, if the other elements are AAA standard.
Sequel, sequel, sequel, new IP.If the Witcher 3, RDR2 and GTA5 can get away than less than perfect combat, then GOT should do to, if the other elements are AAA standard.
I feel like you should expect more quality from a sequel - it's their second try at bare minimum.Sequel, sequel, sequel, new IP.
If you're showing up with a new IP by a first party studio I expect quality.
Well, Horizon has really great combat and it has < 90 score on metacritics
Sequel, sequel, sequel, new IP.
If you're showing up with a new IP by a first party studio I expect quality.
Worldbuilding is good, the story and characters is just ok. I think most people would agree on that.
This is why a lot of studios don't make new ipsSequel, sequel, sequel, new IP.

Look man, I agree with you, but some people think a little white dot auto locking onto enemies in GTA5 is amazing, decades later. So if you're a repeated entry in a series from a reputable AAA developer and you have less than perfect combat despite having a multitude of experience and opportunity to learn from specifically in developing that exact combat in that exact series, your expectations are more forgivable than an entirely new game in an entirely new series from a AAA developer that is neither less nor more proficient than the aforementioned?
What kind of logic is this? You should expect more from developers who are making repeated franchise games and have, in some cases, 10+ years to refine their combat system.
Jupp, will get points docked for being "Ubisoft open world".
probably some pacing and dialogue taking player out of the experience dropped the rating a bit.
I feel like you should too, but unfortunately mainstream consumers don't feel as strongly.I feel like you should expect more quality from a sequel - it's their second try at bare minimum.
Bad pacing, good game. Can't wait to try again on the pc version, fell off the PS4 version.
What does a Ubisoft open world even means
Im going 80-85. I feel like it will get knocked for having a run-of-the-mill open world.
A huge part of the Story is you finding out about the Worldbuilding and Lore.Worldbuilding is good, the story and characters is just ok. I think most people would agree on that.
I get it, it's sad though. Sekiro, Control, and Death Stranding are all examples of studios making new IPs that brought something new to the table. Loved all those games.

This game doesn't have towers which reviews are you referring to?One of the reviews literally called it "Assassin's Creed for the poor."
Another said that all of the open-world missions are familiar open-world tropes (e.g. climbing towers).

It might have been a poor translation... It wasn't in English. (the 5/10 review posted earlier in the thread)

There's one review......and it calls it the ultimate samurai game.
What was new about Sekiro or Control? They were great games but they were iterating or tweaking designs of the devs' previous games (Souls/Bloodborne, MP/Quantum Break)I get it, it's sad though. I mean, we've seen watch towers in camps. That's not the same as "Ubisoft towers"Actually It does but not like assassin's creed and they're few.
