This and the Klopp news has been a welcome distraction today. Walking through the city before felt like being at a funeral. One of the local journos even suggested that the new deals were announced today for that specific reason.
I hope Milner retires here, he's an absolute hero. I'm so glad we were able to get him a CL medal.
I was actually confused by the VAR offside check for the second Salah goal. There was a Watford player on the ground, with his leg half over the line. I presume he was still in play, however he wasn't taken into account for the offside check.Checking reddit, it's absolutely shocking how so many people don't know how the offside rule works. You'd think commentators would at least explain the rules.
Also RIP Arsenal fans ITT. It all goes tumbling down, tumbling down...

Oh I guess that's new to me. I've always presumed the keeper was irrelevant for offside decisions.

Actually nvm, I'm a bit drunk :pOffside is two players, it's just usually the keeper is one of them hence the last defender being key :)
Fucks sake, bloody Bournemouth. We need to be more clinical because losing games like this is so frustrating.
