I was 10 also. My schoolmate brought it over and I had no idea what it was. We played it and I thought it was pretty cool, but I didn't really get into it for a couple months. He left it at my house and never asked for it back. So many memories around that game. One of my favorites was when my dad took the memory card out of the slot because I was playing too much. The game was still going so I played for a good few days without shutting the playstation off. The crazy part of that experience was discovering the sunken plane for the first time and having no idea what I was getting myself into. I remember almost dying and losing hours and hours of progress.
Wondering what Yamauchi would be thinking if he was still around - " Eh...took you long enough, checkmate"
Not slow anymore thanks to the new features lol"I'm so excited for our fans to sit in a dark room and play this slow game."
I can still remember vividly this moment. Pretty incredible.
Unplayable and unacceptable that this still hasn't been rectified
Just found this photo yesterday. Timing is a funny thing.
Can't wait to buy/do it a mphpteenth time.
Yup.
I have access to a PSP and the PS Classic version of this game already. Is there any reason to purchase this version other than the built in cheats?
While the "no encounter" option is nice to have, won't you be too underlevel in some parts since the game was never developed with that in mind?
how are people already playing this? i'm hoping it unlocks at 11 tonight.
Already unlocked in Aus, New Zealand, Japan, and Europe. 30 mins and it will be unlocked in the UK too.

I thought they managed to find higher res backgrounds for 7 but 9s were lost?
How come FF7 got to keep its font? I wanted FF9 to retain its font. :(
