The Netherland player was concerned about the ball and didn't deliberately hit the USA player. A foul should be given only if the Netherlands player was playing in a dangerous manner. In this instance, the Netherland player was unaware of the player behind so, so she could not have had any dangerous intent.

Ahahahahahahaha

Does not have to be intentional to be called a foul. Key words are careless or reckless. It shouldn't have been a red certainly, and it wasn't, but it was correctly called as a foul and it was inside the penalty box. I know it's not what you wanted to happen, but that doesn't make it the wrong call.

If they want to punish a player who had no dangerous intent in winning the ball, at least it should be an in direct freekick in the box.

You don't know the rules then, ok

You couldn't be more wrong that's a foul. Intent is the difference between a yellow card and a red card. She nade contact with her shoulder studs up in the box. That's a foul Everytime dude.
