I think the design from MM Zero is definitely superior. It's simpler and more sleek. I feel like the X design is an example of being overdesigned.

I voted for the OG design, though I don't think anything is better than the Ver. Ke interpretation of it.

The Megaman Zero series has the best art so Zero looks best in that series, but the actual design isn't better than the classic.

MMZ Zero. Even though MMX Zero is nostalgic, I never really was a fan of the design. In MMZ it's really streamlined but has this precision to it, feels like a high end machine and makes you want to play with accuracy and exactness. I guess, the design matches the gameplay more than the MMX one.

I kind of like Classic Zero a bit more but the redesign he got for MMZ was really great.
So that's why the best Zero design is actually the classic design but drawn by Toru Nakayama (MMZ character designer):

You guys are killing me with the green dome breast comments, lmao. Eh, I gotta go with MMZ design. Truforce design is dope, though.

Absolutely. His redesigns are so damn atrocious that I can't understand how the poll isn't more skewed to the OG design. I guess many people love little kid characters for some reason though.

It's not about him looking like a kid. It's about his design being streamlined making him seem more like a sharp blade instead of clunky weapon arsenal.

I'll be honest, I kind of like them all. I do think his original design feels the most "Real" to me, but I'm a big fan of his redesigns for the GBA games too (I really loved the art in them.)

I do agree they should have given Omega his original MMX design to explain the difference. That was such a missed opportunity.

I vastly prefer the MMZ design. I've come around a bit on the X series design but the pointless and dumb "groobs", adult-sized techno diaper and the goofy proportions that look out of place in the more serious setting of the X series push me towards the sleek, more streamlined MMZ design.

Classic Zero.
But I do like the Version Ke design the best. The design everyone calls TrueForce.
They only made the X figure based of the Version Ke, if I'm not completely wrong.
I love that they are using that Capcom are using the Ke designs in the new artwork that was released not long ago.

Never mind the size, the art he is drawn with is so off putting to me that I find it hideous. If you want your character to be "cool and sleek", then it's more effective if you don't make him look like a doe eyed adolescent..... see Strider Hiryu, Raiden, etc. As for the size, I don't get how he's clunky, when besides the boots and buster(which were the same with Mega Man/X) he's not any more bulky than a normal human male.

ZX Biometal. I'm very partial to that series's chara design. The robots' feet became too huge in the classic and X series as the years went on, they stick out like a sore thumb to me.

Yeah, original Zero is cooler and probably more in-character, but taken out of contest, the other designs look better to me.

MMZ for me. Steps away from the overly bulky knight in armour design of MMX for something lighter, more fluid and ninja like. It's a shame they're relegated to the GBA because it's a design that's crying out for a high definition rendering with lots of animation frames.

I might be the only one who prefers his rounded shoulders, no yellow lines, no saber version.

Nah, this one is also my favourite (this art is from Irregular Hunter/Maverick Hunter X iirc), and really drives home how his design is from a simpler time, which makes sense if you know who made this original design. There's much less affectations compared to Zero's post-X2 design.

Those chunky feet look awful, cant stand them in Gundam and it looks even worse here. GBA Zero is the best by far.
