also, she has notes if she needs them, that way she doesn't have to pull info out of their bum like the last administration
She was Obama's communication director, which is probably why she almost slipped up and said "Obiden" near the start.

Yeah. She has some canned answers she can read. She basically read a statement for one of the questions.
I can imagine all of the press looking to spin everything as bad thinking:

They do, but someone with her position i'd expect would be more polished speaking to a crowd.
Basically back to normalcy of answering question with far greater honesty than Trump admin as well as recycling talking points to sidestep answering loaded questions instead of outright lying.
