Montreal smoked meat, or a good Philly cheese IMO. Bahn mi is overrated (sorry, it just is).

A good Italian beef though, is top 3 tier for sure. Hmmmmm. It's funny, chicken is my favorite protein but it fails kinda hard on the sandwich front. A good pulled pork with tons of sauce and pickles is great. But chicken? Eh.
