Trump knows the wolves control the house. In his mind if he fires Mueller now it just ends.

Someone calm my fears in regards to this possible scenario:
1. Sessions asked to resign (done)
2. Acting AG asks Mueller to hand over all evidence
3. Evidence destroyed by acting AG
4. A new special council is hired, the Mooch
5. Mooch says after a few days that there was no collusion
6. House tries to bring back Mueller but all evidence was destroyed by acting AG and Trump Cronies in the FBI
7. Trump gets away with it
Which part of this is not possible?

In addition to being a blatant act of obstruction, Trump just created a HUGE headache for the 22 Republican Senators whose seats are on the line in 2020 now.

Trump firing Mueller would be a bad move for him. Pelosi and co would just hire him back in January and now Trump wouldn't be able to do shit about it.

Reminder that Rosenstein is irrelevant and no longer oversees Mueller now. The new AG, who appears to be a Trump stooge, can now impede Mueller and deprive his investigation of funding.

Mueller probably has CDs,Flash Drives and Hardcopies of all his evidence and findings locked in a safe in Adam Schiff's office.

He doesnt have many chess moves to make. But these are definitely moves. And every bit of it worries me because if theres one thing trump has been doing all his life is getting away with shit. I hope mueller has the goods and a plan.
I know I shouldn't look a gift horse in the mouth, but why would anyone give up a safe, powerful Senate for what you knew would be a 18-14 month spell as a second fiddle AG to a narcissist?
