Almost like it is a WIP. Its great they are working on such a feature. More games should do it.

I saw that they also censored 'Titanfall' but at least that one's understandable. EA doesn't want people knowing about it or else they'll play that instead.

Why is there a chat filter on a WW2 game to begin with? Like I could understand racial slurs but rough language?

Nazi is censored in a WWII game? I get that it's multiplayer, but that is still really weird.

Game about WW2 censors the word "nazi", what? At least they admit it's WIP.

User Banned (1 Day): Drive-by inflammatory post.
Some white gamers are white supremacy nazis so i guess it makes sense to censor both, less toxicity in the long run is always welcome.

There's been a lot of issues with competitive games getting toxic fast and tools like this can help mitigate toxicity. Large companies like EA and Ubisoft, etc. are always trying to find ways to mitigate toxicity, despite what some people might think.

Siege only bans for racial/homophobic slurs and the like, which is fine. But we're talking about censoring the word fuck or shit in a World War 2 game where you shoot people and you can hear their cries of agony when they are down. That just seems incredibly dumb to me.

I suggest you edit this post if you really intended this to be sarcastic. Many will understandably think you're a piece of shit unless you make it more obvious.

I just don't get how developers are so oblivious when they implement things like this, even as a WIP, and not realize it'll attract bad attention.

People really are looking for every little bone to pick with this game arent they

Kinda true, When a game is revealed and the initial impression isnt good its hard to get out off because there will be alot of nitpicking.
When the first impression is good you have way less of it and "negative" threads get buried way quicker.

"Woah, that leaked suppressor for the SMG looks really good, can't wait for them to put it in the ***"
