If you are pronouncing the "Ri" in "Ring" the same as "Wii" you're pronouncing at least one of those words wrong.

It's impressive how well Ring Fit Adventure works as a fully-functioning RPG. Within each level there are encounters with enemies that work as any good turn-based RPG should, with your moves replaced by 'Fit Skills' - activities, effectively, each with their own 'elemental' status so that some are more effective than others in any given situation, with the ability to take your own load-out into a level. Yoga moves can be used for healing, for example, while an activity that includes a sweep of the Ring-Con can strike multiple enemies at once.

Real talk, I've lost 105 pounds in eight months, from doing Wii Fit every day since Christmas.

I'm in constant disbelief that this actually worked for me, and am super curious to check out RingFit. I do hope it lets you make a personalize set though, since that's what I use in Wii Fit.

Gamefying fitness does have a purpose. It adds more incentive and motivation to exercise.

For me personally, I'd prefer something more strictly focus on fitness with good systems for tracking, ranking, and feedback. Wii fit was fun for a while but too barebones in terms of features to keep me using it.
