I'm on Mobile Chrome and Android and the bottom bar ad has finally stopped showing up today. I believe I saw it this morning, but it seems to be resolved for me. So hopefully that's progress that everyone starts to see soon!

Same thing today on Safari iOS. Literally pops up as a full white screen then shrinks.
