I'm not sure if anyone else does this in these threads, but I have listened to every single song in here looking for new stuff. My taste does not jive with every song that was listed, but there always seems to be a standout or two that makes it all worthwhile. So I would like to send a shoutout to these 2 posts and songs:
This is a fun song that ticks a lot of my boxes. This led me to look more into the Viagra Boys, who I am now becoming a fan of.
This is my "song of the thread" for sure. I'm an instant fan and have listened to this song almost on repeat.
I also have another light summer funky hit that I found this week thanks to the almighty Youtube algorithm. I have done a pretty deep dive on this band, Cannons, and they have some absolute bangers.

The newest Wilco rec is full of some introspective, cheekily half-country, half-ballad meditations on the good 'ol beating of hearts and breathing of lungs (as per usual) -- and I think Many Worlds might just be my fav of the bunch..! ^^'
