I absolutely agree with this choice. Justice is still my favourite album though.
It's always a tough choice between MoP and One but I'll go with One.

I'm glad at least a few people mentioned Eye of the Beholder. That song never gets any attention (and is never played live too, I think?) but it's one of my favorites off Justice. I just love the riffs in that thing.

That's pretty tough considering they are one of my favorite bands. But, I'll have to go with Fade to Black. Honorable mentions to Bleeding Me, Outlaw Torn, King Nothing, and The Unforgiven songs.

Do you disagree? Some of them would be out of place, like Hardwired and Spit Out the Bone. But, like, Dream No More 100% sounds like a Load era song. And I love it, to be clear.
Easily one of the most fun songs to join in live, with tens of thousands of people screaming "SEEEEEK AND DESTROYYYY".
