If I were to also count someone new from a game that's technically cross-gen, then I would add Futaba from Persona 5 as well.
Not the only ones, but I'd be here all day otherwise.

Man I need to sit down and actually play through my backlog of games. I'm pretty sure my answer will be 2B but I haven't played Nier yet, or Persona 5, or Gravity Rush 2, or even Horizon.
Design-wise I think it's got to be 2B.

2b: striking design, instantly iconic. Love her personality and acting.
Aloy: one of my favorite characters in motion, fantastic armor and facial design, great voice and an awesome game.
Futaba and makato from persona 5: love both the designs, and their character arcs are fun.
Kat from gravity rush: bubbly, cheerful, and a great design. A shame that we probably won't se more of her outside crossovers.
