If you remember my comments over the last 2 years, 16 studios was always the threshold I expressed they need to hit (minimum 4 games / anno are guaranteed with this number basically). I'm very confident they'll reach this sooner than later.
from a theorical point of view we are closer to that number, but there are some ambiguities.
1) minecfrat umbrella for mojang in sweden and the minecraft team in redmond, both of those are huge and create tons of material, even if for just one game(but that game clearly desrves it)
2) turn10 a pgg#1 are clearly fast and efficient
3) Global Publishing
4) spin offs made by external studios(343, turn10 and now TC and Rare all recurred to external developers for new games, we cannot rule out they will do again)
5) inxile new orleans and pgg#2 and NT, Obsidian and Rare working on several projects at the same time.
6) you were right about the RTS team, so what's happening with the new japan openings
Still it will be epic for gamepass and the gaas approach because now each team could wait for years of post launch support
