You'd have to use it and figure it out just like you originally did with Twitter. How can I get a Twitter-like experience on Discord? Isn't it just ten billion chatrooms?
I guess it wasn't a question you could answer, was it? Really speaks to the quality of your original comment! You'd have to use it and figure it out just like you originally did with Twitter.
đź”” Reminder đź”” that Tony Stark fucks things up repeatedly. Why do people on this site hate Musk so much? Is there something I am missing? He seems like the closest thing we have to a Tony Stark in our lifetime and after watching the documentary about SpaceX, I have even more respect for him. I know he can say some pretty ridiculous things sometimes but I don't get people calling him a fascist.
Oh it will. If he actually puts his version of free speech into place then people will die as a result of the hatred and bigotry that will run rampant.
I answered well enough. If I was flippant it's because I haven't had my coffee lolI guess it wasn't a question you could answer, was it? Really speaks to the quality of your original comment!
They are calling him a fascist because he is a fascist. The thread is littered with examples of why. He also wants to allow unchecked bigotry and hatred to run wild on Twitter. He wants to allow blatant misinformation. Why do people on this site hate Musk so much? Is there something I am missing? Oh I'm sure it will be absolutely great for LGBTQ+ users. The idea of human authentication might be a good thing, getting rid of bots, etc... I don't trust Musk at all, and his babbling about "free speech" and his "anti-woke" shitposting shows him as the kind of goon that should never have the wheel... but it's done now.
Will be interesting to see how this plays out, especially with the new EU regluations. They can't segment the way the site is run to appease those, so they'll either have to abide by their rules or stop officially supporting the EU.... or maybe some other fuckery.
Actually yeh, you have a point. I wonder how much you will need to show your actual personal data though or if the check is just in the background.
idk that valley girl speak transphobia during the porn ban was enough for me. watching repeat meltdowns over what tags and posts are being hidden there, monetized harassment tools being introduced, and more nonsense has me feeling like i made the right call thereTumblr isn't dead, my dash is still pretty active to this day and you can get more attention there (in my opinion) than on twitter also while twitter makes your post invisible if you ever put the wrong words or even dare to put a link, tumblr doesn't do that shit.
Tumblr is way better now than it was before, yeah the porn being gone sucks but it hasn't been dead at all. Tho with this news a lot of people are going to go back there/make accounts and maybe it will get annoying again 🤷‍♂️

Only if that is something on view.Human authentication is a bad thing overall as it will lead to more harassment.
I'm just using his words and phrasing.I understand your point but there's no way in which Twitter is the world's "Town Square", or even in America. Like 20% of Americans have Twitter accounts, and the vast majority of tweets and general interactions come from like 3% of Twitter users.
I don't particularly like Musk, but this is only really detrimental to the people who are terminally online (like me, and I'd imagine many on Era.
Not in the EU.Can he actually do this with the new EU regulations?
Only if that is something on view.
You can have human authentication without the personal data being shown to the public.
And Twitter can't run with segmented rules as it is global.

Sounds fair.Let's just say that much like Trump, he's a capitalist avatar of white supremacy fighting back. And that the world would be a better place without that.
Guess we were quite wrong. There's still a chance Musk just pulls the rug at the last second and goes "lol xD", but with his ego, he really does think he'll save us all by ruling Twitter.
