Since both games have close release dates, will you get only one game at launch, if so which one, or will you get both games at launch?

Both for sure. There's enough time between them that said I'm more excited for TLOU2 but its very close so close its almost not even worth mentioning haha

Ffvii is like a full circle moment for me.

if the remake contained the full game I would probably quit gaming after march 2020 lol.

edit: voted both tho. Lol.

Where's my neither option?

FF7 remake I'd definitely take a wait and see approach on. Hard to know what kind of scope that game will even have.

I'm waiting until next gen to play Last of Us 2, but I'm sure it will be good.

Both probably, I should be able to blast through TLoU before the 3rd. If I only had to choose one, it would be FFVII though.

Final fantasy

While I respect the quality, tlou was quite boreing to me. I will get the new one on ps5 eventually.

FFVII-R. I just love Final Fantasy, and I do love FFVII, so really hyped for that.

Eventually I will get TLoU2. I have no doubts it'll be one hell of an emotional and incredible narrative. That said, I never was big on the gameplay of the first game, and it was all about the amazing story for me, so I don't mind waiting on getting the sequel.

No interest in TLoU.

Will keep an eye on impressions for FF7 considering the episodic format and how terrible the action combat in FFXV was.

The Last of Us: Part II isn't my bag, but I'll definitely play it!

FFVII Remake looks really fun, even though I don't agree with the direction it's taking 100%.

I would love to get both, but i have to support FF7R as a remake of one of my favorite games of all time. I'll get TLOU2 at some point for sure though.

The Last of Us Part II easily. I have mild interest in FFVII, but will surely wait for a sale on that one if reviews are good.

I'm curious how much FF7 Remake appeals to people who didn't play the original. I didn't and the new one doesn't do anything for me.

A week and a half is heaps of time to play TLOU2, so the proximity to each other doesn't matter to me at all. Anyways I'm definitely getting TLOU2 at launch and will probably get FF7 on launch day as well. Both games look fantastic.

I'm not buying any of those games day one. The last of us 2 I will rent on redbox just so I can beat the campaign. FFVII will be gotten on a deep sale maybe year from release.

None. When PS5 launches, I'll get TLoU Part II (with PS5 enhancements) and FF7 Remake when it's out on Xbox (Scarlett?).

Both, because FF7R gonna be good, and TLoU2 so I can know what I'm talking about when I continue saying Sony's first party games are nothing but derivative schlock.
