The whole Skellige cultural aesthetic was fantastic.

First thought was both of Tommy's MM costumes, but Zeo Gold's more sleek and armored without compromising that all ranger costumes are basically spandex.

I loved Yuber's total 180 to this outfit in Suikoden III.Yuber and Pesmerga from Suikoden. These guys are freakin' badass mystery characters
Fun fact: they only went in this direction because it was apparently too difficult to render his bulky black armor in 3D, or so I heard.
A shame Pesmerga didn't show up with a ridiculous (read: awesome) redesign like that, too.

The whole movie has amazing art direction and production design! Eiko Ishioka was super talented and her blend of East meets West style gave the movie a really unique theatrical element that suited the operatic camp vibe of the film.

Monster Hunter World Iceborne has some great armor. Blackveil Vaal Hazak and Kushala Daora are the images.
Unfortunately Monster Hunter usually has awful female armor designs.
A lot of nice Kamen Rider sets in here. I like all the suits we've seen in Zero-One so far as well.
Nioh has some great armour; I think my favourite is the A Master Swordsman's Power set
I LOVE that Nioh lets you change the look of your gear to that of any other piece in the game. I never actually used the set above, I just changed my own armour to reproduce its appearance.

The judges from FFXII
For some reason whenever I see the judge armor it just reminds me of Super Dimension Cavalry Southern Cross. As much as people rag on it as the weakest of the anime that made up Robotech (and it was), that was more the mecha designs, the armor designs were cool.
Also cool was the Cyclone armor from Mospeada.
And I was always partial to the Landmates from Masamune Shirow's Appleseed. I now he slowly turned into a softcore porn artist (just follow the Intron Depot artbooks from beginning to end) but man I still love his mecha designs.

Oh look, the inferior Saint SeiyaRonin Warriors had some pretty dope armors.
It's really hard to find any decent pictures of this show though. I know it came out 30 years ago but still.
I watched it as a kid too but compared to Saint Seiya, it doesn't hold a candle

One set of armor that I've recently come to adore is the Sunfire Elf Janai's attire from The Dragon Prince. I'd go as far as to say that she has the best design in the entire show, despite being a secondary character.

Sincere honest question here, and I realize the entire idea of "cool" is subjective...but are y'all serious with the Power Ranger/Kamen Rider shit? You do you and all that but i truly can't tell if you're being serious or not.
